screen gors black when startrek online gets going, but still have a cursor and sound. how to fix?

I play games, when I start strartrek online, the game gets going and the screen goes black, but I can still here the game and have a cursor. whats going on? Im running Intel GMA HD graphics, Intel core duo 2.8 Ghz proccessor G6951.

How can you get this report done?

-Access: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility

-Download the utility-Scan your system with the utility-Export the report (hit next and then save) and attach it (the .xml file) to your answer with the advanced editor option (reply button and then check upper right corner)
