Greetings,
I'm using a chuwi corebook X laptop. It used to run properly for the past few months but now my laptop screen turns black frequently and shows only the mouse cursor. I have also tried resetting my laptop and reinstalling the windows. It works fine with Microsoft display adapter but when I switch to intel driver it happens.

I have never seen anything like this. This is really a strange problem. In the case of a laptop, it is advisable to check with the manufacturer (CHUWI INNOVATION LIMITED) which drivers (with which operating system) are best suited to operate the device. The built-in screen chosen by the manufacturer may need adjustments that the manufacturer itself has made in customized drivers and that are not part of the generic Intel drivers.

Hi mr_boom_002,
Please try disabling Panel Self Refresh.
Instructions can be found in the article How to Enable and Disable Panel Self Refresh (intel.com)
