We recommend to install the graphics driver provided by the manufacturer of the computer since that driver was customized by them work with your specific platform.

 

Which Windows* version are you using?

What is the model of the processor?

 

In the following link you will find the proper drivers for your laptop, according to HP the latest Intel® graphics driver available is version 6.14.10.4609, A08 for Windows* XP or 2000 :

Just to let you know, we only provide support in English language and currently, we are using a translation tool.

 

Based on the information showing on Dell's web site, it seems to be that the only operating systems validated by them for your computer are Windows* XP or 2000.

 

So in order for us to further assist you, we need to gather some details about your platform, please provide the SSU report:

To attach the report, once you choose "reply" select the "clip" icon on the lower left corner.
