since the installation of the last driver my screen is skipping but the task manager remains usable

It's all in the title. Since the update of the graphic driver from the 08/18 (I installed it the 08/27) my screen is skipping and it's completely unusable. BUT the task manager work and the admin account is working too. I suspect a problem with an app or something like that but I don't know which app create the problem and how to locate it.

We understand that you are experiencing a flickering issue right after the update of the graphics driver.

To better assist you, please provide the following information:


  • What is the model of your Graphics Adapter?
  • Please provide the model of your computer.
  • What is the current Graphics driver version? Also, please provide the driver version prior to the update?
  • Did you use the Intel® Driver & Support Assistant to update the driver?
