Hi dears

problem solved by doing the below

Click Start, type gpedit.msc in the search box, and then press ENTER. This step opens the Local Group Policy Editor.

(Click Yes if you are prompted.)

Expand Computer Configuration, expand Administrative Templates, expand System, expand Device Installation, and then click Device Installation Restrictions.

In the right window, double-click Prevent installation of devices not described by other policy settings.

Click to select disabled, and then click OK.

Restart the computer.

once i did that Graphics driver installed automatically

Thanks For all of you

Hello Zamalkawy4ever,

Thank you for contacting Intel® technical support. I will be more than happy to help you.

I understand that you are having issues with the installation of the driver for the Intel® HD Graphics 4000 controller in your Lenovo™ ThinkPad E531 system. In this case I would suggest running a manual clean installation of the driver.

To uninstall the current driver, right-click Windows Start icon and open Device Manager, expand the Display Adapters section, find the Intel Graphics Driver (the driver can also be called the Intel® Graphics Media Accelerator Driver or Intel® GMA Driver), right-click the Intel® Graphics Driver and select Uninstall, select the check box Delete the driver software for this device, and reboot the computer after the uninstall process has finished.

After rebooting the computer, you can proceed with the installation of the driver provided directly by Intel®. I suppose as per the screenshot that you attached that you are using Windows® 10. Please follow these steps in order to update the graphics driver:
  1. Download the graphics driver ZIP file: https://downloadmirror.intel.com/26813/eng/win64_153345.4653.zip
  2. Unzip the file to a designated location or folder.
  3. Right-click Windows Start icon and open Device Manager.
  4. Click Yes when prompted for permission from User Account Control.
  5. Expand the Display adapters section.
  6. Right-click the Intel® graphics entry and select Update Driver Software.
  7. Click Browse my computer for driver software.
  8. Click Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer.
  9. Click Have Disk
  10. Click Browse.
  11. Access the designated location or folder, and access a folder called Graphics.
  12. Select the file called igdlh64 or igdlh
  13. Click Open, then click OK, and finally click Next. Drivers are now being installed.
  14. Reboot your computer when prompted.
Let us know if this method helps you to install the driver.
