unable to manually update HD Graphics 4400 driver on lenovo t440s / windows 10

currently got driver version 20.19.15.4963, when I try to update using the unzipped driver (version 15.40.7.64.4279 ) windows says 'the best drivers for your device are already installed'. is there anything I can do? This is to try to utilise OpenCL in a graphics program (darktable). thanks.

Use the similar yet different "have disk method" instead of "manual installation" as described at https://www.windowscentral.com/how-install-intel-beta-graphics-drivers-surface

thanks for the fast response, that worked! I see now it's an earlier dated driver, I guess that was the beginning of the issue, cheers!
