Hi Patryck18,
The Mobile Intel® 4 Series graphics are not prepare to support Windows® 10. It requires WDDM 2.0.
It will be necessary to use a generic driver using Windows 10 update.
Mobile Intel® 4 Series Express Chipset Family is discontinued; Intel is not going to release a newer graphics driver anymore.
More details at:

Options? If you have a desktop, find an older nvidia adapter. If you have a laptop, there is no option.
For either a laptop or desktop, take them to the nearest recycle facility and dispose of them. Then, get new(er) hardware that is supported on Windows 10.

If you have a laptop, there is nothing that you can do about this issue other than (a) stick with an older operating system or (b) replace the laptop with something newer.
Sorry,
