alguem sabe como aumentar a memoria de video dedicada ? do intel i3 1115g4 da 11g ele tem 4G partilhado mas só dedicada 128 mb , e na parte segurança em segurança do despositivo diz que não atendo aos requisitos.. alguem sabe como solucinar isso também?

Ok, here we go again.  Dedicated video memory is worthless, will do nothing for you, and is controlled by your motherboard bios.  Do not concern yourself with dedicated memory.   What you want to worry about is system memory.  Your processor video will consume/allocate up to 50% of your system memory for graphics.

Então se eu aumentar um pouco da RAM pode melhorar de certa maneira talvez um pouquinho o desempenho em jogos?

Adding more system memory will help.   I use a minimum of 16GB on all my machines.   But, you need to check with your device manufacturer to see what memory is supported, and how much you can add.  And, you want to add it in the properlly supported pairs.

Eu havia conferido as especificações e ele suporta até 32G de ram . Eu como uso 8 vou alocar mais uma de 8 e ver se melhora o meu problema

The thing is, you want to add memory  in properly matched pairs.   So, if  you have one slot with 8GB, you can add another 8GB in the next slot, provided it is exactly the same memory.  This can be difficult, which is why memory manufacturers sell memory in matched pairs (to avoid mis-matched pairs).  Yes, it may mean removing a good stick of memory if you cannot match it.
