why intel HD graphics card 620 cant be installed in win 8.1 ( just only win 10 ) from my side I don't want win 10 there is so much load in my laptop this win consuming everything
i have win 8.1 and all drivers working fine on it just only the intel HD graphics card can you please give me a version of the driver for win 8.1

Only windows 10 is supported on 7th gen and later processors. This has been the case for FOUR years.
You need to upgrade to windows 10.

No, it is what Microsoft wants. They made the rule.

You can complain to Microsoft, for what it is worth.
If you have a desktop, you can get an add-on graphics card.
If you have a laptop with usb-c, you can get an eGPU.
However, you are still unsupported unless you use Windows 10. Upgrading to Windows 10 is the easiest answer, and it will not hurt you one bit.
