why my intel hd cant dedicate vram

i have tried to increase my video graphics ram but nits getting frustrating

pes 2018 and 19 are both lagging, and i have an 8 gb ram which i would have loved to add to my vram as well

What is your processor model number?

What operating system? WIndows 10? What version? 1903?

What is the model number of your device/motherboard?
