There is no driver for HD 2000 graphics for windows 10 from Intel. It, and your processor, are not supported on Windows 10. The best you can do is to continue using the Microsoft generic driver, which lacks performance and features.
If you are a laptop, that is it.
If you are a desktop, you can try and find a compatible add-on card.
Or, you can abandon this effort and purchase new hardware that is supported on Windows 10.

Ok, try to find an add-on graphics card (nvidia or amd) that is compatible with your motherboard. This is not as easy as it sounds.
You may want to work with the manufacturer of your desktop for finding compatible cards.
Still, the best thing to do is to get a new desktop.
