Hello yi_dong,
Thank you for posting in the Intel Communities. We would be more than happy to help you. However, our support is only provided in English. We may not be able to translate the screenshots attached to the thread. To better assist you, we use a translation tool; hence, the translation may not be completely accurate.
We want to let you know that the developer team is currently investigating this matter; however, we can't commit to any estimated time for our update about this matter. We would like to further review this matter internally. We will post back as soon as we have more details.
In the meantime, you can try the following workaround:
- Uninstall driver 31.0.101.4824 using DDU. Check How to Use the Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) to Uninstall an Intel® Graphics Driver for instructions.
- Install driver 31.0.101.4676 which includes the previous version of Intel Arc Control (1.71).
- Perform a custom installation of driver 31.0.101.4824 unchecking the Arc Control installation option. This will keep the previous version (1.71) of Arc Control.
Best regards,
Jean O.
