MB: TUF GAMING X570-PLUS (WI-FI) (BIOS 4408)
VGA: Intel Arc A770 Limited Edition
SOUND CAR: Creative Sound BlasterZ
PSU: seasonic 750W
WINDOWS 10
開機時,有時會聽到1長音3短音的故障提醒,接著畫面會顯示The VGA card is not suppurted by UEFI driver 字樣(如圖),需進入BIOS中設定才可完成開機過程,發生時BIOS會自動將CSM模式打開,進入儲存後才能正常使用,有時可以正常使用(UEFI模式)(CSM模式下無法使用Resizable BAR)
,但有時會持續反覆發生.......
另外有時即便在UEFI模式正常開機,會發生進入WINDOWS後無畫面的情況,需要將螢幕重開或HDMI訊號線重插才會有畫面~~
請問是否有解決方法呢?
註: 記憶體降頻成DDR4 2666似乎能減輕問題,神奇!

- Were you able to run the system as expected before?
- Is this the first graphics adapter installed on this system?
- Have you experienced the issue again after changing the memory speed?
- If you can boot the system into Windows, We would like to gather more information about your system that will help us troubleshoot your issue, so please, provide us with a report using the following programs:
- Intel
System Support Utility (Intel SSU): - Open the application and click "Scan" to see the system and device information. By default, Intel
SSU will take you to the "Summary View." - Click on the menu where it says: "Summary" to change it to "Detailed View."
- To save your scan: click "Next"; then "Save."
- Intel
- Tried creating the Intel® Graphics Command Center report following these steps:
- Open the Intel Graphics Command Center
- Navigate to the Support tab
- Select System Diagnostic
- Click Generate Report
- Select Save and name the output file.

1.目前將記憶體降頻DDR4 2666後,還在嘗試中,尚不確定能否解決問題,另外在時脈為DDR4 3200時,有用PRIME95測試,有發生錯誤的情況,推測記憶體有故障情況。
2.此張顯卡ARC A770是此電腦中裝設的第2張顯示卡(有重新安裝WINDOWS 10),原本的顯示卡為 NVIDIA GTX 970(沒有遇到上述問題)。
3.已完成SSU SCAN(如附檔,有刪除網路的部分)。
4.在ARC 控制台沒有找到以下(如圖):
- Navigate to the Support tab
- Select System Diagnostic
- Click Generate Report
- Select Save and name the output file.

Since you mentioned that the issue has not occurred after downclocking the memory to 2666, and you received some errors when testing the memory, we agree with you; the problem seems to be related to the memory.
We would like to wait a few days to confirm if the issue occurs with the memory downclocked at 2666 to help us discard that the issue is being caused by the memory.

將記憶體降頻成DDR4 2666後,今日又發生開機異常(如圖)!!! 只能按照先前的方式,再次更改BIOS設定(手動關閉CSM)並存檔,後續可正常使用。
此記憶體頻率設定有經過PRIME95穩定性測試24小時,無錯誤發生。
另外此次BIOS已更新至最新版4602,問題仍發生。

In case you are unable to do so, we recommend you contact your Place of Purchase or Intel Customer Support directly to evaluate the RMA options (you cannot do this through the forums). Before we close this case, we would like to inform you that we have been able to replicate this issue internally, and we are working under bug id 14017786850. At the moment, our recommendation is to install the latest graphics driver, 31.0.101.4255, so the IFWI (V-BIOS) will be updated to the 1053 version, and that should solve the issue.

目前驅動程式已更新為4255,但vbios的部分似乎本來就是1053版本,而非更新成1053版本~
目前將主機版的bios版本降為4403版本測試中,問題尚無再發生,持續觀察中~

ARC A770的VBIOS版本仍為出廠版本1053,INTEL官網上目前無更新的版本可供更新測試~
目前驅動程式已為4335beta版!
