这个问题准确的来说是DP线一端插在显卡上,另一端插在DP转EDP驱动板上的,驱动板连接笔记本的屏幕,我将我的显示器打开后并拍照了,可以看一下下边的图片以及DP转EDP驱动板的图片。

However, we are experiencing issues with the refresh rate, and we need to identify the factors that are preventing you from achieving a higher rate.

Hi @Haozhuang ,

 

Here's an update, please note that Intel does not recommend using any kind of adapters, and we cannot guarantee that third-party products or adapters will work as expected. However, we suggest trying the following steps to resolve the issue:

 

  • Use a direct connection with a single cable that has the same connection type on both ends (HDMI to HDMI, DP to DP, etc.).
  • Check the display cable to ensure the cable is good and that it isn't the source of the display problem.
  • Update the graphics driver to the latest version. Contact your system manufacturer to check if there is a graphics driver update available for your system.
  • Check if Windows* and your BIOS is up to date. Check with the system manufacturer to see if updates are available for your system.
  • Install the latest generic graphics driver released by Intel from the Download Center.
  • If using a docking station, update the dock driver to the latest version. Contact your system manufacturer to check if there is a driver update available for the dock.

我使用的就是DP到DP线。

图形驱动更新到最新的32.101.6734,没有作用。

Windows11和BIOS已经更新到最新,没有作用。

我还在社区内发现了一位老哥和我的问题一模一样,但是没有解决办法,可以看一下I have problems with my Arc A770 16GB on a DIY monitor - Intel Community。

这位老哥用AMD RX6750XTRTX 2060都正常,我希望你们可以尽快解决该问题,谢谢。

我发现该屏幕的大部分芯片在该显示屏幕背面,或许可以联系该显示屏幕的生产制造商天马微电子进行技术支持,Home - Tianma America

屏幕的名字就是TL160ADMP03-0,希望您可以尽快解决该问题。
