The selectable resolutions or video modes (resolution + refresh rate) on your computer depend on both the computer configuration and the resolutions supported by the monitor or display. That's why I previously ask for the make and model of the monitor so I can check it on my end. You may visit this article for more information Unable to Select the Native Resolution and Other Supported Refresh... and try steps outlined in this guide.

你好,我发现我没有240hz刷新率是因为带宽不足以支持我的显示器,但是当带宽不足的时候显卡应该启用Display Stream Compression,也就是dsc,但是显卡并没有自动启动dsc,导致带宽不够,240hz不显示,我使用电脑店里的RTX3060就会自动启用dsc,就可以使用240hz,下边的图片是我用工具测算我的屏幕开启240hz所需要的带宽,显示器支持DP1.4,希望您可以反馈给图形工程师,让他们尽快解决该问题。

你用RTX3060@240Hz的时候,位深度是6位还是8位或10位?如果是6位的话,也没有开启DSC,你可以把3060@240Hz的edid在CRU里多添加几个档位的刷新率配置,比如165 175 185 200 240,然后保存在Win里开关机切换刷新率几次可能就有6bit 240hz了

兄弟,非常感谢你提供的建议,我使用RTX3060的时候是8bit,也就是说是开启dsc的。然后我参考你的建议使用cru最高可以开启210hz了,然后我稍微改了一点参数,现在可以220hz了,但是英特尔的dsc依旧有问题,无法开启,不过目前我依旧满足了,非常感谢你的建议

我猜你这是16寸组装便携屏吧?用的是edp-dp直通板吧?

你先确定你这天马TL160ADMP03面板高刷是多少Hz,然后用CRU在EDID扩展Blocks里DisplayID数据块Detailed resolutions中添加一个高刷的Detailed resolution,注意显示Timing的参数要跟原厂60Hz的保持一致,然后保存重启应该就有高刷了

这个问题一般是Win系统没有读取到你面板的EDID扩展数据导致高刷丢失,你可以参考我之前的帖子:

多谢老哥了,我参考你的贴子并写入了你的EDID文件,现在已经可以开启165hz的刷新率了,我准备去电脑店里使用人家的3060显卡去读取并保存该显示器正确的EDID文件并尝试写入我的电脑看看能否开启240hz。

我使用cru设置240hz刷新率但是无法点ok,而且我还使用了电脑店里3060读取的edid信息,也是无法使用,现在正想尝试你的贴子里安装linux来读取edid信息,不知道是否能行。

你不要用我的EDID,因为我那块165Hz屏像素时钟上限跟你的肯定不一样,所以你用我的EDID最高设置不了240Hz,你在Ubuntu或者Fedora系统里用edid-decode提取你屏幕原生的edid.bin文件,然后在Win系统里用CRU导入应该就有240Hz了,但是有一个问题,如果你用的驱动板是edp-dp直通板,可能2560*1600@240Hz只有6bit色深,因为超过了DP1.4的带宽上限,笔记本屏的面板在笔记本上可以开DSC,但是用edp-dp直通板连接台式独显好像开不了DSC所以只能降色深,但是DP1.4应该可以设置到10bit 175-180Hz左右

I have reviewed your case and noticed that you mentioned testing with another monitor and an HDMI monitor, both capable of reaching up to 240Hz. This suggests that the issue might be specific to the TL160ADMP03-0 monitor.


To help us better understand the situation, could you please confirm if the problem occurs only when using the TL160ADMP03-0? Additionally, could you provide the make and model of the other monitors you tested?

可能你的翻译有问题,我在该显示器上使用别人的rtx3060显卡就可以正常开启240hz,

我的显示器是dp1.4的,带宽不足以支持2560*1600@240hz,所以需要开启DSC,我现在使用cru软件进行设置可以210hz,

那一个HDMI显示器是1920*1080@144hz的,本身带宽可以支持,目前的问题就是A750在TL160ADMP03-0 上不会触发DSC导致没有240hz选项。

 

Jeremy_Wu 这位老哥分析的问题是对的,用edp-dp直通板连接A750开不了DSC,很大问题是你们的图形驱动程序不兼容该驱动板。

Thank you for your continued cooperation. To further assist with your issue, I need additional data from your end. Please follow the steps outlined below to capture the EDID of your display while connected to both the A750 and the RTX3060.


To generate IGCC report for EDID analysis, please follow the steps below:


1) If IGCC is not yet install on the Windows system, download and install the "Intel® Graphics Command Center" from the Microsoft Store.

2) Once installed, launch the Intel® Graphics Command Center (IGCC) software.

3) On the left side of the app, click on "Support" and then on top click "System Diagnostic"

4) To the right, click on "Generate Report" and you will be prompted to save it as a txt file.

5) Save the report which can be used for analysis.


Using IGCC, generate a report (.txt) for each GPU and send them to us. This will help us compare the refresh rates being communicated to each GPU by the display.


I appreciate your assistance in providing this information, as it will help us resolve the issue more effectively.
