- Review Blizzard Entertainment website articles Overwatch 2 Performance (FPS) Issues to find workarounds for known issues and limitations.
- I understand that you have tried different graphics driver versions, just to double-check that the behavior changes, clean install the graphics driver to version 31.0.101.4578 with Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU). For guidance, How to Use the Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) to Uninstall an Intel® Graphics Driver.
- If the issue persists, repeat the previous steps but this time by downloading the driver 31.0.101.4644.

I would say try 4578 drivers, but i'm not sure if they will install with the new firmware that came with 4644.

We have been working on the investigation, we tried to reproduce the issue, but our Intel® Arc™ A770 Graphics had no issues.
I noticed that the BIOS is from back in 2021, since we tested the game and did not notice any performance issues, I recommend you to contact the motherboard manufacturer to check if the BIOS is up-to-date, once we are sure the BIOS is up-to-date please retest it.
Let me know the results after BIOS update.
