A770 LE issues on apex legends and fortnite

hi i have a i3 12100f asrock z690 phantom gaming itx mb latest bios intel A770 LE driver 101.4090 beta 36gb ddr5 cl40 corsair at 5200mhz corsair 750w 80+plat psu... had a zotac 1660ti amp since there launch and was a good card decided to get the Arc a770 im quite impress its been improvements on top of improvements but not quite there yet im more then glad to been able to use ur a770 allmost since launch but on apex legend tryed both directx11 or x12 and lots of diferent settings and fortnite samething it has sometimes unstable fps for some reason the arc seems to want to make my cpu bottlekneck but it shouldint i had no issues with my 1660ti on these games with same setup minus the gpu . really hope this gets fixed later on because i know this arc a770 should do it with ease . ive been enjoying it lots minus its smalls issues or bugs ive had ... really nothing major i know it just need the right driver updates ! thank you

apex legend on direct x11 has very unstable fps but on direct x12 in lobby 1 or 2 fps and game will crash loading but gameplay is very good but its funny in lobby on direct x12 1-2fps lmao

yes im on 1080p and fps are unstable alot .. pubg has a video crash once a whille but not too bad im quite suprised of how it perfoms doh

We would like to inform you that some Fortnite issues have been addressed on our latest production driver version. Please try a clean driver installation for the 31.0.101.4091 version, and let us know if the issues are solved.

 

Also, if the issue is still present, we want to confirm the following information.

  • What driver version have you tested?
  • Create a report using the Intel System Support Utility (Intel SSU). This report will gather information about your system, such as Operating System Built, Driver, BIOS versions, etc. 
    • Download the Intel SSU
    • Open the application and click "Scan" to see the system and device information. By default, Intel SSU will take you to the "Summary View." 
    • Click on the menu where it says: "Summary" to change it to "Detailed View." 
    • To save your scan: click "Next"; then "Save."

hi sorry i work 12hours shift and dont spend much time on my pc aand havent checked my emails so no i havent tried anything yet im sorry i can play apex on direct x11 abit better now so i assume fortnite is also.. pubg have a gpu driver error once a while but runs better on direct x12

i just tried fortnite on direct x12 crashes instantly upon trying to load the game up. all my drivers are up to date

i am still getting fortnite crashes and pubg once a while on direct x12 apex on directx11 is doing better but still a few fps drop more then normal.. dead by daylight is pretty fuild.. doom eternal, halo infinite, high on life is great seems like issues are more constant on battle royal type game. seems like the arc a770 is making my cpu bottleneck when it shouldn't because same specs but with my 1660ti same settings does great steady fps and no cpu bottleneck

We noticed that you have marked this thread as solved now; but before we close the thread, we would like to inform you that we were able to reproduce the issue, a bug report has been filed, and we are currently working on this issue internally. Unfortunately, we are unable to commit to a deadline or update for a fix to be implemented in a new driver since this process requires further effort on our part.

  • bug ID 16019670751. Why does Fortnite close when playing on Intel® Arc™


Based on this we are planning on closing this thread; however, we would like to confirm with you if you agree with closing the case or if you need anything else.

like said sorry my cell phone screen is cracked and must hit something by itself as i have not solved the issue yet thank you ! have u been able to get pubg to crash on direct x12 also ?
