Hello AmemiaErika
Thank you for posting Intel® ARC™ Graphics Communities. I am sorry to hear that you are facing crashes and no display issues when using your Intel® Arc™ A770 Graphics. Please let us know the following information:
1.-Is playing games the only way to trigger this issue or does it happen in different scenarios?
2.-Does the issue happens with any game or are there specific titles that trigger the issue?
3.-What type of connection are you using (HDMI, DP)? Are you using any type of adapter or dongle?
4.-Have you tested different ports and different cables?
5.-What is the monitor make and model?
6.-Create a log file with the Intel® System Support Utility and attach it.
Best Regards,

It only happens in games and happens in every game.I have tested two different monitors, both of them are HDMI and both of them do this issue. So I'm sure this problem is with the card.
Here is a SSU log I upload.

I have the same issue - when running Call of Duty 2 - modern warfare - it happens every day when I play - randomly - within 30-1hr.
Playing the game is the only way to trigger.
I have only played modern warfare 2.
HDMI to DVI
Only have HDMI cable - and testing hdmi fails consistently.
Monitor is ASUS vs238 monitor

Hello AmemiaErika
thank you for the information. Please let's try the following:
- Using Display Driver Uninstaller, uninstall the current driver version 30.0.101.4146. Once uninstalled using the tool, reinstall the driver.
- Reseat the GPU on its PCIE slot.
- If possible test a DisplayPort connection.
If the issue persists, please let us know the following:
- If possible, please share a short video showing the issue.
- What resolution is been used on your monitor?
- Let us know some of the games that you play in case we try to replicate this issue. And if there are any error messages before getting a black screen.
Best Regards,
