ARC A750 GPU clock feezing at 300Mhz

i use the thunderbolt to connect with the GPU(working at PCIE 3.0*4).

i check out the GPUZ sensor and the intel arc control pannel showing the gpu clock is 300Hmz all the time. After using computer Manager to disable the device and enable it once again，the GPU clock comes to normal.HOWEVER, through this action,the resizeable bar will shut down automatically.

Which makes arc a750 always in a suboptimal performance.

Thank you for posting on the  Intel® ARC™ Graphics Communities. I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with the clock speed on your Intel® Arc™ A750 Graphics. Please let us know the following information:

• Do you have the GPU connected to an enclosure? If so, please let us know the make and model of the enclosure. If not, please clarify the type of connection that you are using for the GPU.
• Share a short video showing the issue as well as the ReBar getting disabled after you try disabling the GPU from the device manager. This will be useful in case we need to try to replicate this issue.
• Create a log file with the Intel® System Support Utility and attach it.
