I just bought and assembled my computer.
My motherboard is a Gigabyte B760 GAMING X with Intel Core i5-13500.
It is assembled for me by people from the shop who deal with this.
They install the drivers but the fans don't spin at all.
Are they missing something?

In order to have a better understanding of your issue, please provide me with the following:
1. Follow these steps to generate an Intel® Graphics Driver report for the Intel® Graphics Control Panel or the Intel® Graphics Command Center. Report for Intel® Graphics Drivers.
2. Please download and scan your system using our tool, Intel® System Support Utility so we can help check your system info first. Once finished downloading, open the tool, click on scan 'Everything', click next, then save the system information to a .txt file. Please provide the .txt file.
3. Please provide us with screenshots and videos of the issue, this will help a lot to understand better how to solve the issue.
4. Kindly perform a stress test on your Arc A770. And share with us the results.
