Arc A770 Battlefield 2042 problem

Hello,
Many games have more or less problems, but the battlefield 2042 game is closing and the main menu is distorted. I tried many things for the problem, clean driver install described on your website (with DDU), beta driver, whql driver installed but the result did not change. The game did not start to cause problems afterwards. The problem continues since March when I bought the video card.

My system is:
MSI B560M Motherboard

Intel i5 10400 CPU

16GB DDR4 RAM
Intel Arc A770 16GB GPU

with enought storage and power source. And yes, resize-bar is enabled.

I tried all the methods you mentioned in the forums, I even formatted once. All I want is for you to take the issue into consideration and publish a stable update.

Please let us know the following information to assist you with this issue:

• I see that you posted an error message for a BSOD, Does the game always close with a BSOD or does it close to desktop?
• What distribution service was the game downloaded from?
• If possible share a video showing the issue.
• Share screenshots of the in-game graphics settings.
• Create a log file with the Intel® System Support Utility and attach it to your response.

I got a blue screen every time, but once it allowed me to play for about 10 minutes. Sometimes it gives the blue screen on the opening screen of the game, sometimes after a while entering the game but, there are always white pixel graphics in some areas (menus, in game huds and grounds) of the game and it does not improve.

I try low graphic settings, high settings and ultra settings,
windowed, fullscreen and borderless.
enable dx12 from game config file, and change all settings many times nothings helps me always get bluescreen; but with some settings there was less white pixel distortion.

I got the game from EA Desktop and 2 times reinstall and repair it.

After I formatted my operating system, I discovered that the problem was related to using the insider version.

There is no problem in non-Insider windows 11 version, the game works perfectly.
