My Sparkle Guardian Arc B570 is underperforming against posted benchmarks by about 30% and the only thing I can find that's awry is that it doesn't ever seem to draw over 70W from my power supply (as per both Intel Graphics Control and GPU-Z). I just upgraded from a Radeon 5600 that was performing dutifully. Power supply is 600W and I don't have anything unusual that would be loading it down. ReBAR is enabled.
Are there any controls or BIOS options I might be overlooking that could be capping my power consumption? Could it be a hardware defect?
I'm also running into this issue and I don't know if it's related: https://community.intel.com/t5/Graphics/B570-not-recognizing-all-XE-cores/m-p/1659042
