Arc control center is unresponsible (31.0.101.4369)

The Arc control does not react to control clicks (buttons, icons, etc). It is entirely unusable. I can't change any settings. Also, unchangeable hotkeys that can't be disabled are completely messy.

Thank you for posting on the Intel® ARC™ Graphics Communities. I am sorry you are experiencing issues with the Intel® Arc™ Control Software after installing the latest drivers.


This new driver does include a new version of the software with some fixes and new features which might have caused issues with older installations of the software.


I would advise doing a clean installation by uninstalling the current driver with Display Driver Uninstaller. Once uninstaller download and install the driver version 31.0.101.4369 again.
