Arc770 16G graphics card nails in game

hi i have this problem with my arc 770 16g brand ASROCK. The card locks after a few minutes of being in the game. I've tested various games and the problem is found on Star Citizen, Apex Legend launching it from Steam, while no problem on Vvalorant and Cyberpunk. I attach test performed with your application for PC features. PS: I did clean install of the drivers and the current driver is 31.0.101.5333

To help us understand the technical complexity of the situation, can you describe what you mean by the card locking up? Are you experiencing any crash-to-desktop, freezing, restarting, black/blank screens?

Do you see any error message? also check if there are any crash/dump files generated by the failing games so we can analyze them.

Just in case a video showing the problem can be of great help to better understand the issue.
