Audio crackles on latest 3 drivers on using hardware acceleration with browsers

Hi when I playing music on my computer and I open any browser with hardware acceleration I hear a crackling sound in the music for a few seconds until the browser is loaded.

Any advice on solving this would be apreciated

Solved it by buying a new audio card thx any way
