B580使用时出现系统蓝屏问题

我本来想测试一下B580给核显加速的游戏表现,可是在游戏时出现了系统蓝屏。

我的显卡是蓝戟B580三风扇的版本,CPU是13400,主板是华硕H610M-A,2k分辨率的显示器,系统是win11 24H2,显卡驱动版本:32.0.101.6790,测试的游戏漫威争锋。

下面是我测试时出现蓝屏的情况:首先把显示器的dp线与主板的dp接口连接,然后打开漫威争锋游戏,我打开了gpu-z和系统的任务管理器都可以看到核显UHD730和B580都有负载工作,可是当我在漫威争锋的游戏训练场中没有几分钟后系统出现了蓝屏死机。

以前用N卡像这样使用,不会出现这样的问题,希望英特尔能优化优化核显输出画面独立显卡计算游戏的使用场景。

附系统错误信息:计算机已经从检测错误后重新启动。检测错误: 0x00000116 (0xffffb88b17652430, 0xfffff80194201390, 0xffffffffc0000001, 0x0000000000000003)。已将转储的数据保存在: C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\050725-5046-01.dmp。报告 ID: cc8510df-ed2e-41e8-a2bf-fc40b0e10b72。

1.一个月前开始使用B580显卡;

2.之前一直工作正常;

3.关机状态下只是将显示器的DP插头从显卡的DP端口拔下,然后插入主板的DP端口,然后开机使用;

4.GUNNIR Intel Arc B580 Photon 12G OC W Graphics

5.确认BSOB是显卡引起的,因为我以前用nvdiaRTX2080ti显卡试过这样使用不会引起这样的问题。

For us to isolate the issue, can you try the Arc B580 on a different compatible system and check if that system will also give BSOD error?

非常抱歉我换不了操作系统,win11 24H2版本无法保留数据回退到win11 23H2或更低的版本,换系统要重装系统,重装系统对我来说非常复杂且还会丢失数据。

我最近把显卡驱动更新到了Graphics Driver 32.0.101.6793。

昨天win11 24h2推送了05累计更新,我更新系统后系统版本为26100.4061,显示器的DP线是正常插在B580的显卡DP端口上,但是后面我在玩Epic游戏平台的漫威争锋时出现了蓝屏。后面我用DUU卸载后进行全新安装Graphics Driver 32.0.101.6790又不会蓝屏了。

系统错误信息:计算机已经从检测错误后重新启动。检测错误: 0x00000119 (0x000000000000c000, 0x0000000000000000, 0x000000000003b82c, 0x00000000000494ca)。已将转储的数据保存在: C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\051425-4484-01.dmp。报告 ID: d8c4924f-d5a5-4021-ab4e-94b534be7e64。

Let me clarify, when you say "and it won't be blue screen again". Are you still getting Blue Screen error after the DDU driver update?

I apologize in advance if I have a different understanding since I am just using a translation tool as I stated before.
