问题:
在 穿越火线 中,游戏内存异常占用的问题。在该游戏中,开始游戏后游戏的内存占用过高,可达16G以上(一般最多8G),且内存占用情况随游戏的分辨率和画质的提高而提高,严重时内存溢出,导致游戏崩溃。该问题可参见视频(B580 CF内存异常占用_哔哩哔哩_bilibili)。在仅有显卡不同(其他使用过的显卡:RTX 3080 10G LHR;RX 5700;RX5700xt;蓝戟A750 photon,2024年11月的驱动 )的情况下,未出现该问题。
补充:
1. 问题在更换了包括最新版本在内的驱动后均无改善
2. 在数次重新安装系统,重置bios和修改bios及显卡控制软件中的选项后,均无任何改善

1. 在更换B580前,未出现过该问题,在其他显卡(RTX 3080 10G LHR;RX 5700;RX5700xt;蓝戟A750 photon,2024年11月的驱动)中均未出现过, 第一次发现该问题是在从RTX 3080 10G LHR更换为B580后。在发现问题后,更换了系统、重新安装了系统、调整主板bios选项、更换不同版本的显卡驱动、更新bios都尝试过,未能改善该问题;在更切换到CPU的集成显卡(AMD Radeon™ Graphics in R7 7700)后该问题消失,再次换为RTX 3080 10G LHR后该问题同样消失。
2. 游戏是使用wegame启动的,任务管理器的内存占用情况、游戏图形配置及第三方检测的内存占用曲线如图所示,进一步的信息可以在这个视频里找到(B580 CF内存异常占用_哔哩哔哩_bilibiliz )。cross fire是一款发行了近20年的网游,其需要的内存一般不会超过6G,我所遇到的12G以上的内存占用显然是不正常的。
3. 在游戏中,游戏开局后的前30s左右有较为明显的卡顿,之后游戏正常,该现象推测为地图加载相关问题,可能与硬盘、内存和显存相关。游戏的高内存占用使得游戏可能会因为内存不足而报错(out of memory),发生游戏崩溃退出。

I am really sorry; can you resend the screenshots of the settings for me to easily follow it during my escalation in the lab?
And also, since you are using a different Graphics before, there is a chance that there are remnants of the old Graphics driver in the system.
Kindly try to install the latest driver using DDU method. Please refer to the link below for the steps and the latest driver. Additionally, I also recommend trying to update the BIOS of your board.

我将图片以附件的形式进行了重新提交,不知道您是不是需要我这么做,我之前提供的视频链接里是我对异常情况的记录,这可能能帮到您。
关于驱动的残留,在每一次更换独立显卡时,我都会在windows的安全模式下用DDU清除驱动。同时,在意识到电脑中的驱动残留可能过多后,我从U盘介质中重新安装了windows以确保清除驱动的残留,但是并没有解决问题。
至于主板的BIOS,我也多次更新过,当前版本和最新版本的差距不会超过三个月。我确信关于独立显卡的各个Bios选项是正确的,如Resizable Bar、 SAM等,并在更改CPU的PBO选项和内存的EXPO选项后,问题没有得到任何改善。

我现在没有其他的独立显卡,所以分别使用了B580和R7 7700集成的Radeon Graphics进行了测试。在使用B580或R7 7700集成的Radeon Graphics时,在Windows的设备管理器中禁用另一个设备。在其他条件相同的情况下进入游戏对局,使用B580时游戏进程占用了14 G的内存,如下图所示:
而使用Radeon(TM) Graphics时,则为最多8 G的内存(同样是在任务管理器中的数值,但是我忘记保存截图了,更换设备时的重启使得图片丢失了)。
在我的记忆里,使用RTX 3080 10G LHR时游戏进程占用的内存最少,在5-6 G 左右;其次为RX 5700(xt),占用情况和Radeon Graphics集成显卡类似,占用8 G左右;而由于我在1年前就换下了A750,使用A750时的内存占用情况并不清楚。
以上过程我使用CapFrameX进行了捕获,结果文件在附件中。在使用B580时,从游戏大厅到进入游戏对局的加载过程中,系统RAM从16 G飙升至23 G(游戏进程占用14 G),这个在结果文件中应该是可以发现的;在使用Radeon Graphics集成显卡时,系统RAM最大约为20 G(游戏进程占用8 G)。注意到游戏进程外占用的内存不一致,这可能是因为使用Radeon Graphics集成显卡时打开了更多的软件以及共享显存。

Upon further checking and investigation, I recommend that you report this issue directly to Tencent Support, as it appears to be a game-level problem rather than a hardware-specific one.
