Hello!
Does anyone else have issue with getting bluescreen igdkmdnd64.sys when playing multiple games while watching twitch streamer?
I am not sure if its just a me problem or not. But i recently got in contact with microsoft and they told me to run a driver verifier to stress test my pc.
Apparently they told me its igdkmdnd64.sys, which is the driver for Intel Graphics card.
I have re-installed the latest update that was released a few days ago. I have done a DDU on the previous version before but i am not sure if i should also do a DDU on the latest driver as well?
This happens when im playing FFXIV (running vulkan based implementation) Suggested by a fellow community supporter on the discord community.
And playing Maplestory while having OperaGX on my second monitor watching streamers.
The BSOD doesnt happen right away. sometimes maybe after a couple of hours? i also noticed sometimes when alt-tabbed it also happens. I play all my games on window/borderless
im running
AMD Ryzen 5 7600x 6-core PRO b650-s WIFI (MS-7E26)
32GB of ram - DDR 5 Vengeance 6400MHz Corsair
RM650 PSU AsRock B580 Challenger
Wins 11 Ver 24h2
MB Bios is the latest version
The only thing in Bios that i have enabled is the AMP
ReBar is enabled
UEFI is turned on
all my drivers should be up to date the last time i checked
Wonder if anyone could provide some kind of solution? or maybe i'll need to wait for a newer driver update?
This pc i have was built 2 weeks ago

I got the same issue, Caused By Driver : igdkmdnd64.sys Caused By Address : igdkmdnd64.sys+2d09a5
It has been happening for a few months now. the only solution I was able to find is go back to a older driver. I picked this one Intel® Arc™ & Iris® Xe Graphics - Windows* 32.0.101.5972
Any newer driver from November-Now all have issues. I might test some September or October drivers later.

Hi MikoNii,
Thank you for posting in the communities!
I'm sorry to hear that you're encountering problems with your system. In order to assist you more effectively and find the best solution, could you kindly provide the following details:
- May I know the previous Graphics Driver that you're using before you encounter the BSOD?
- What Graphics Driver version have you updated with that is causing this issue?
Kindly run this on your system so that I can also gauge the following peripherals and the driver versions that you have:
Intel® System Support Utility for Windows*
Once finished downloading, open the tool, click on scan (leave the default items checked), click next, then save the system information to a .txt file. Please provide us the .txt file.
Provide us also the BSOD dump files for us to check, you can follow the steps on this link for your reference (under crashing/freezing issues/BSOD): Need help? Reporting a bug or issue with Arc GPU? - PLEASE READ THIS FIRST! - Intel Community

Hi Earl,
This is actually a new pc that i recently just build few weeks ago. so, the Arc B580 is the only graphics card in this pc.
I have done DDU a few time already. i havent tried playing final fantasy xiv and maplestory at the same for a while now fearing i will have another bluescreen.
i believe it was 32.0.101.6256 that i had issue with.
i have attached both the SSu and my minidumps.

hello.
i used the xiv launcher to play ffxiv
https://goatcorp.github.io
and the maplestory official launcher
https://www.nexon.com/maplestory/
i used OperaGx while watching twitch streamer.
For FFXIV. i used high (desktop) settings
and for maplestory, i used normal graphic quality.
the driver version i was using is 32.0.101.6449_101.6256 WHQL Certified.
I do have the resizable BAR enabled.
I have actually done the DDU the day after the BSOD and getting in touch with Microsoft support team.

Hi MikoNii,
I'm still currently investigating on the issue; I have a few clarifications:
- You said that the PC was build 2 weeks ago, is the Windows installation started from scratch?
- Do you encounter BSOD when your only playing 1 game and not watching any Twitch streams or have discord closed?
- Are you using a 3rd party launcher for one of the games (FFXIV), if you tried to play the game using the default launcher, do you still get BSOD?
- Have you check if your integrated graphics for your Ryzen 5 7600X is disabled in the BIOS?
- Try to run System File Checker (SFC) in Command Prompt (Admin) - sfc /scannow
Best regards,
Earl E.

Hi! Sorry for the late response. but to answer your questions...
- You said that the PC was build 2 weeks ago, is the Windows installation started from scratch?
Yes, my pc was built from scratch. i used a wins 11 media creation to install my windows 11 ver 24H2. it does have "fast startup" on by default. i did hear from some people saying it could cause some issues with windows 11... i could try turning that off to see if that could potentially some issues?
- Do you encounter BSOD when your only playing 1 game and not watching any Twitch streams or have discord closed?
I have not encounter BSOD when im only playing 1 game, with twitch and discord on.
It only happens when i am playing 2 games at the same time with discord and twitch on.
- Are you using a 3rd party launcher for one of the games (FFXIV), if you tried to play the game using the default launcher, do you still get BSOD?
i have tried using the default launcher a few times as well. If its only just playing FFXIV using either launchers, i dont get any BSOD.
I am not using any 3rd party launcher for maplestory, since there is no 3rd party launcher to my knowledge...
- Have you check if your integrated graphics for your Ryzen 5 7600X is disabled in the BIOS?
Yes, i have done both DDU and disabled it in BIOS.
- Try to run System File Checker (SFC) in Command Prompt (Admin) - sfc /scannow
I have done that a few times before and it would still give me BSOD.
I have recently done a Reset this PC and wiped clean of everything, hoping that'll fix whatever was causing the igdkmdnd64 issue.
I have not tried playing 2 games at once yet, but i might try doing that soon and hope that resetting my PC would potentially fix whatever issue with windows and the drivers.

Hi...
i did end up getting a BSOD with the newest intel driver update, 32.0.101.6259 while loading up wuthering waves. I checked the mini dump as well as WhoCrashed software and they all indicate back to the driver issue, the igdkmdnd64. I did do a DDU because that normally fixes the issues relating to igdkmdnd64 issues. and so far theres no crashes....
