Bgmi game crashes when the game is about to start in 'MSI app player' or it crashes in between the game, please help me.

- What is the emulator software you are using?
- Could you share a video showing the issue you described?
- Is this problem related to a particular game stage or game mode?
- We would like to gather more information about your system. Please create a system report using the following tools:
- Intel® System Support Utility (Intel
SSU) - Open the application and click "Scan" to see the system and device information. By default, Intel
SSU will take you to the "Summary View." - Click on the menu where it says: "Summary" to change it to "Detailed View."
- To save your scan: click "Next"; then "Save."
- Open the application and click "Scan" to see the system and device information. By default, Intel
- Intel® Graphics Command Center:
- Open the Intel Graphics Command Center
- Navigate to the Support tab
- Select System Diagnostic
- Click Generate Report
- Select Save and name the output file.

Yes, the issue is since day1.
Yes, original graphics adapter is installed on system.
MSI app player version (5.9.300.6315 N64).
I only play BGMI on emulator and it crashes.

Thank you for the information provided.
We like to recommend you run the Display Driver Uninstaller. Check How to Use the Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) to Uninstall an Intel® Graphics Driver for instructions. Once you run the tool, install the latest Intel BETA driver, 31.0.101.4578. The Display Driver Uninstaller will delete all files from previous driver installations helping in case there is any corrupted file or installation.

Yes, used ddu and installed new driver to 31.0.101.4578, but issue remains the same.
Game and app both crashes, video attached verify.
