Black Screen Arc 770 Special Edition

Hello, i need helo with GPu i purchased and its already anoying badly, screen always goes black for 2 seconds and random colors comes up at the bottom then turn back on, I can see lots of people having this issue, how can I fix this issue ? Otherwise will have to refund this card due to faulty product. Cant do any work or play games.

Any engineers can explain why everyone having this issues with Black screen Flickering? What's the main cause of this problem, I am sure your team already knows the issues, we would like to know as well? this very frustrating ...
