Driver issues are tolerable because Arc GPU is in the progress of development and is evolving and I am happy to participate, but this kind of mistake is not.
Also, I have seen several cases of the same issue reported in online communities.

I am having the same issue.
Ubisoft gave me a solution with a link to redeem The Settlers and I still received the same error as the OP had.
