We would like to get the crash log file from the game so we can have a better understanding of the crashes. since it seems the error message you shared does not have too much information about what exactly is failing. Based on the Epic website the log files should be located at %localappdata%\FortniteGame\Saved\Logs\. If you need further assistance getting the logs, you can follow the instructions on their website:

We would also like to get your hardware and driver information to confirm your GPU model and for possible driver updates that might help with this issue, share a report from the Intel® System Support Utility.
In addition, we would like to know whether these crashes are totally random or if there is any way to trigger a crash that you may have noticed as well, please let us know if this is happening when using DX11 or DX12.

Please share with us the log files from Fornite and your system specs through the SSU report so we can gather more details and help you determine what causing the crashes in the game. Also, let us know what API you are using in the game either DX11 or DX12.
