Please provide the following information in order for us to isolate the issue and provide you with a solution:
- When did the issue start, and have you made any changes that might cause the issue?
- What are the brand, model, and wattage of your power supply so we can check if it meets the arc power supply requirements?
- Intel® Arc™ A770 Limited Edition and A750 Limited Edition Graphics:
- Minimum 600W power supply with two PCIe power connectors (1x8-pin and 1x6-pin)
- Intel® Arc™ A770 Limited Edition and A750 Limited Edition Graphics:
- Please generate an SSU report to help me further analyze important details on your system, such as the OS build number, graphics driver version, errors logged in the system, etc. To generate the SSU report, please refer to the article How to get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows*. Please send us the generated SSU.txt file.
- Resizable BAR is important as it enhances the graphics card's performance. Was it enabled in the BIOS? To check, please follow this article: What Is Resizable BAR, and How Do I Enable It? (intel.com)
