CTD, Arc B570, The Division 2, Driver Version: 32.0.101.7026 and some older drivers

Unreproducible crash. Mission Occurs most frequently at Bank Headquarters.
However, this issue does not occur in 32.0.101.6913
If I were only playing this video game, I would continue using 32.0.101.6913 and there would be no problem, but that is not the case, so I want the problem fixed.
This video game uses a program called Easy Anti-Cheat, which prevents crash dumps from being generated. This makes troubleshooting the issue more difficult.

I doubt it can resolve performance issues in any video game using D3D11 or earlier, or OpenGL.

More importantly, when using D3D12, I want you to fix the issue where it worked fine with version 32.0.101.6913 but started crashing with 32.0.101.6972, and continues to crash even with the latest driver.

Hello miyuri,

 

We attempted to replicate the issue using both the game settings you previously provided and the configurations we recommended. However, we were unable to observe any stuttering during our testing.

 

Furthermore, it appears that this issue is not isolated to Arc Graphics as other users are reporting the similar crashing issue with other GPUs, could be caused by the game itself. We suggest that you contact Ubisoft for further assistance.

Jed G, perhaps you don't understand the situation.

 

Before using the Arc B570, I was using an AMD Radeon RX 580 and Vega 56, and I was able to play without any chronic crashes.So I don't think it's right to contact Ubisoft about this issue.

These are probably due to NVIDIA GeForce having chronic issues with D3D12.

No such crashes have occurred with AMD Radeon or Intel Arc BMG (Driver Version: 32.0.101.6913).

As explained at https://trello.com/c/Mksh8bzA/51-stability-pc-crashes-can-occur-when-interacting-and-trying-to-claim-the-final-loot-cache-in-the-countdown-mode this is a bug in the game program that causes it to rarely crash when opening a crate in the mission Countdown.

When I was using Radeon, I encountered this bug when opening a crate near the center of the cooling tower.

 

I want to report other issues without having to replace the driver each time.

This is not a great response. I also have this issue and to just close it because you're not able to reproduce it on your side is unfortunate.

 

Crashing is completely random - sometimes after 2 minutes, sometimes after 30. Happens in various parts of the map, but most frequently after zoning. It's always accompanied by microstutters and lag.

the 101.6987 version is the last version of the driver that worked without crashing for me (although I do get occasional framerate drops and stutters).
the 101.6651 version of the drivers works incredibly well and has the smoothest framerates of all the versions I've tested.


- So at this point you have the same issue reported for intel CPUS, AMD cpus, B570 and A770.

 

Will you start taking it seriously now?

 while all your hardware is stable confirms this. The anti-cheat software making crash dumps impossible is what turns a normal bug into a frustrating, "black box" problem. Your best course of action is to submit a detailed bug report directly to Intel and wait for a fix in a future driver release. You've already done all the user-side troubleshooting you can.

Driver Version: 32.0.101.8247

No glitches were encountered during a total of about 9 hours of gameplay.

This version will likely continue to function without issues.

The previous version, 32.0.101.8136, crashed in less than 30 minutes.
