Can you solve the problem of drivers for intel arc a580, error directx window 10, windows 11?

hello! cordial greetings, the reason for my letter is due to the drivers for the intel arc a580 asrock 8gb graphics, it is no longer compatible for games like warzano and halo, throwing an unrecoverable directx error specifically directx 12, it should be noted that it happens in windows 10 and Windows 11 in its latest versions and all updated controllers and directx

May I know if the game is working fine before?

May I know the exact Warzone and Halo game that is experiencing this issue?

Did you download this game on Steam?

have you tried to reinstall the game?


Kindly provide us also with the fill logs of Inte; SSU to better understand the issue.

Once finished downloading, open the tool, click on scan (leave the default items checked), click next, then save the system information to a .txt file. Please provide us the .txt file.


Once I have this information, I will work on looking for a solution to this matter.

To put it in context, a week ago I was using the RX 6500 XT GPU, today when I bought the ARC A580 I did a complete cleaning with the DDU program to install the new GPU. The problem is the following; when I start a game, after a few minutes it freezes and closes, I have already done the tests with Fortnite, Warzone and WoW. The important components that my computer has are:

  • Ryzen 5 3600
  • 16 gb of ram
  • motherboard b550m k
  • psu gigabyte 700w 80 plus bronze
  • intel arc a580 8gb

Is your ReBAR enabled on your BIOS?

Have you tried using older graphics driver? does the issue persists on the older drivers?

Do you encounter any error message? may I know the exact error message that you are receiving?

May I know what game digital distribution service are you using while playing those games? Epic, Steam, etc?

hello! I apologize for the delay in my response, here are the results of the information on my PC. 

The problem persists with any driver, whether WHQL or not.

I have tested it on several PCs with different components and everything is activated BAR is activated and the PC is well optimized and I still have the same problem, it happens in all the games (warzone, csgo2, the first descendant etc.) it freezes and the game closes still configuring the graphics on performance and everything on low.

I always do a clean installation of the drivers using DDU in safe mode but it's useless and I don't know what to do anymore I can't find a solution I hope you can help me since I have faith in the inter arc that's why I wanted to give these new GPUs a chance

when I disconnect the Intel Arc a580 GPU and use the video output of the 12600k's ​​UHD 770 integrated graphics it works correctly all the games never give directx errors nor do they freeze or crash, the problem returns when I connect the Intel Arc a580 GPU

1. Which digital download services you're using to play these games (e.g., Steam, Epic Games, EA, Battle.net)? This information will help us use the correct platform to reproduce the issue.

 

2. Is the crashing occurring in specific scenarios, or does it happen right from the beginning when trying to open the game?
