Honkai Star Rail consistently crashes my whole system, and that is the only Hoyo game that does this, with the B580 GPU.
This does not happen on my laptop with a Nvidia GPU.
DirectX 11 I think
ReBar is ON
its running and verified through the hoyoplay launcher.
Windows 11 24H2
Attached is the SSU log.

Try updating your GPU drivers, switching to DirectX 12, or disabling ReBar to see if it stabilizes. Also, check if lowering graphics settings or running in windowed mode helps.

Your comment isn't helpful. This is a system crash and worthy of an RMA or return if its not fixed in the driver.
The game doesn't support directx 12.
disabling rebar kills performance.
And no lowering graphics settings to fix a BSOD is not appropriate.
Windowed mode is what the game was already running in, though I tried both.

Hello JeanetteC,
I have the logs now.
On a clean install of the latest drivers.
In addition I noticed I could not simply reproduce the system crash with only a single 4k60Hz monitor connected with VRR, but if I relaunched the game after connecting my primary 1440p144hz VRR&HDR monitor I can reproduce the crash as described previously.
Attached are the Application and System event logs. The timestamp of the crash is approximately 10pm Eastern Time in the USA.

Hello jjkk2233,
Thank you for posting in Intel Communities.
I understand that you have the same problem with Intel Arc B580 Gunnir on Honkai Star Rail. I kindly request that you create a new thread for your case. This will allow us to focus on your specific problem and provide you with better assistance.
Sincerely,
JeanetteC.

Hi everyone,
I'm working on reproducing the issue... it seems to get the "Relics" option I need to advance to Trailblaze Level 14 so this is going to take me a bit longer (need to go from new game lvl1 to 14) - unless you have other ways to trigger the crash.
Best Regards,
Ronald M.

Hi Ronald,
Have fun.
I suggest contacting the developers at Hoyoverse/MiHoyo from your Intel email address to discuss getting a "creator server" account set up that will let you drop immediately into the endgame with all characters unlocked.
The game gets more demanding on the GPU later on especially in the environments of Amphoreus which may contribute to the crashes not occuring for other repliers as frequently on "Low" settings.
For me the "Relic" method I described is guaranteed (in my tests) to trigger it at high graphics settings, which is what I want to run the game on and the GPU is otherwise more than capable of.

Thank you for your patience.
I followed the repro steps to the letter and the game is not crashing for me (I tested using Arc B580 and also B570 just in case).
See video proof here:
https://youtu.be/1N3p-r_TomU (B580)
https://youtu.be/I-cLzS4Rpmw (B570)
Perhaps the recent game update fixed the issue?
I reckon there are multiple users reporting the game is crashing so I don't want to brush this off yet. In other thread one user mentioned the crash occurs when the GPU is overclocked... so please make sure you are running the GPU at default settings and retest.
One commonality I see is the crashing occurs for users on recent AMD GPUs so this begs me to question if the issue is CPU bound.
Please report this to the game developer. They can also look into the issue and if debugging shows a driver problem they will work directly with us.

Adding another data point in case it helps.
I've been crashing while trying to do Echo of War: Salutations of Ashen Dreams, literally haven't been able to finish it once since getting my B580. Have no issues with relics screen though.
I've reset Windows multiple times so there shouldn't be anything installed on my computer causing it. I don't even have Intel Graphics Software installed, just drivers. No overclock on anything.
Nothing appears in event logs, it just shows Windows booting up afterwards.
Tried with drivers 101.6257 and 101.6262
I do have an AMD cpu though, Ryzen 5 5600. On Windows 11 24H2. Single 4k60 screen. Nothing else open in the background. Very High graphics settings in game.
Edit: still crashed with Very Low graphics setting, so seems unrelated to that.

Hello, I was experiencing the freeze problem with my ASRock B580 OC edition until recently and just now I thought to enter to the BIOS and disable the GPU utilization from the integrated graphics of my CPU (Ryzen 9600X), and it seems to solve the issue, I have been playing for hours now and before I couldn't even finish a fight or navigate the relics menu.
