my arc a580 driver is 32.0.101.6319.In delta force i am getting around 15-17 fps and audio is bad too.

i also tried WQHL certified 32.0.101.6314 ,both has same problem.

i noticed that my gpu only consume 40w while playing delta force, other games do'nt have this problem.

my cpu is rayzen 7600,re-bar enabled.

Seeing the same issue here. Had to send my RX 7900 for RMA and I have an Arc A750 as a backup card. Used DDU to clean out the AMD drivers.

Using .6319 as well, Delta Force now runs at 11 FPS compared to the 200+ it was before. I know the A750 is perfectly capable of playing this game.

ReBAR is enabled as well. Wattage is at around the same value as the OP, despite Task Manager showing GPU activity being at 100% just by being at the main menu.

EDIT: Tried .6325 as well, same result.

Hi GoldPlay,

Thank you for posting in the community. To further investigate this situation, I would like to ask a few questions. Please answer the following:

  1. Is this the first time you experienced this issue while using driver version 32.0.101.6319?
  2. Have you tried rolling back to a previous driver version for testing?
  3. Can you show me your game settings?
  4. Have you performed a clean installation of your graphics driver?
  5. Is there a specific map that causes you to have very low FPS?

Additionally, could you record a full gameplay session using CapframeX so I can capture the FPS data while you are playing? You can follow the steps in this link. Just scroll down until you reach the section for Performance Issues: https://community.intel.com/t5/Intel-ARC-Graphics/Need-help-Reporting-a-bug-or-issue-with-Arc-GPU-PLEASE-READ-THIS/td-p/1494429

Also, to better understand your entire system information, please use the System Support Utility (SSU). This will generate a text file that compiles all your system information. You can follow this link for instructions and send the text file here. How to get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows

On that note please do create a separate thread for this issue as well @Zerphire, this way we can make things more organize.

Best regards,

  1. Is this the first time you experienced this issue while using driver version 32.0.101.6319? Yes
  2. Have you tried rolling back to a previous driver version for testing? No, only forward to .6325
  3. Can you show me your game settings? Everything is set to LOW and with XeSS upscaler set to Balanced. Running at 3440x1440 @ 144Hz
  4. Have you performed a clean installation of your graphics driver? Yes. Even used DDU in Safe Mode.
  5. Is there a specific map that causes you to have very low FPS? No, it already displays slideshow-like FPS as soon as the intro videos are done playing.

I've done the CapFrameX so please let me know if this helps.

Specs:

ASRock B650E PG-ITX

Ryzen 9 9900X

64GB G.SKill Flare X5 6000 (running at 4800 because my board apparently won't stay stable if using EXPO)

Sparkle Orc A750 8GB

Windows 11 24H2

1TB TeamGroup MP44 NVMe SSD

Seasonic GS 750W SFX PSU

Things I've noticed:

Upon launching the game, the GPU's core clocks remained at 600MHz, even all the way to entering a full multiplayer map (Shafted). Something tells me that the 3d engine isn't kicking in. I could be wrong.

Hi GoldPlay,

Thank you for this information. However, I noticed that the FPS for this game is quite low, and the playing time only lasted for about 2 minutes. If possible, could you provide another recording with the full gameplay?

Additionally, @Zerphire, thank you for the insight and for sharing your investigation. However, I highly advise you to create a separate thread for this issue, as you are using a different GPU than the one being discussed in this thread.

Hi GoldPlay,

Thanks for sharing this with me. You mentioned that your settings in Delta Force are all set to low. I want to ensure that when I test this on my end, I can use the same settings to accurately replicate the issue. Could you please share a screenshot of your in-game graphics settings?

Hello GoldPlay,

Thanks for waiting. I have tested the game on my end and conducted various tests to achieve good FPS. But first, I have a few questions that I would like to ask:

  • Could you tell me the resolution you are using on your monitor?
  • Also, please share the model of your monitor and the refresh rate set on your monitor.
  • Could you share a screshoot of your full in-game graphics and display settings?

Moving forward, I have a few suggestions that I wanted to share with you, so please see the following below:

  1. First, try updating the driver to version 32.0.101.6449_101.6256 WHQL Certified (Latest), and please choose the clean installation option.
  2. Then change the "In-Match Frame Rate Cap" to "Unlimited."
  3. Please turn off Vsync if it is on.
  4. In the graphics settings, there is an option called "Recompile Shaders." Could you apply this graphics option? This will prompt you to recompile the shaders upon relaunching the game.

Best regards,

EDIT: Forgot to mention that I also re-ran the shader compilation after adding these profiles.

My in-game settings or Vsync was already off and the in-match framerate cap to unlimited as well.

I already had the Jan. 2 drivers and I had already recompiled shaders a couple of times after that which didn't solve anything, but what solved it for me was to add two profiles in the Intel Graphics Software.

Profiles > Add Profile > navigate to Delta Force's root directory, then pick DeltaForceClient.exe. AND make another profile for UnrealCEFSubProcess.exe (it was in the binaries folder).

For these profiles, all I did was: (all of them are under the Frame Delivery category)

  • Frame Synchronization: VSync Off
  • FPS Limiter: On
  • Target FPS: 300
  • Low Latency Mode: On+Boost

And that finally got from 7 FPS to 60 in the lobby, averaging 120-130 FPS at 3440x1440 with everything on low &  XeSS set to 'Balanced' in live matches.

In Operations mode (the 'Escape from Tarkov' style mode where you loot and then extract) the performance is top notch.

However, in Warfare mode ('Battlefield' style mode) there seems to be an odd stuttering problem where every 30 seconds or so, my game'll become really choppy, despite having high FPS. It's hard to explain, but it's like you're running a very fast slideshow. I'm unable to do much during this phase, but it passes after about 3 seconds every time.

I brought this up with a friend who I play with, he has the new Sparkle B580 12GB card. As a reminder, I have the two fan Sparkle A750 8GB card. To my surprise, he said he has been getting the exact same thing! He thought he was the only one until I brought it up. He runs an i7-13700K whereas I run a R9 9900X, also with the January 2 drivers (6256).

Otherwise, Delta Force runs beautifully during Operations mode, and compared to me, he has never had the need to add custom profiles.

Hi Dhanniel M.

Thanks for waiting.I shared my display info in attachment.

According to your suggestion,i updated my driver 32.0.101.6458/32.0.101.6256 and after changing my setting ,recompile shader but there is no change in game performance and fps.

I also updated my driver32.0.101.6458/32.0.101.6257 (WHQL Certified)  using clean install option.

Additionally, i created 2 custom profile after @Zerphire  posted but there is no change.

Updating my Delta Force 81GB using steam,i hope this update fix the problem.

Hi Dhanniel M,

After updating delta force low fps problem solved.

 Now getting around 13-120 fps

Previously as @Zerphire mentioned in warfare mode there is continuous fps drop and and game stuttering for 2 to 10 seconds. And during this time fps drop to around 13-19,i can't even move my character during this time.
I will soon post a full gameplay file here or separate post.

Hello GoldPlay,

I noticed that you've created a new thread for the warfare mode. How about we continue the discussion here, since your previous issue is still related to the FPS drop? I'll be waiting for the full gameplay data from CapframeX. This way, I can check it on my end and compare it with the data I gather during my investigation.

     Hi DhannielM.

I uploaded 3 different maps with full gameplay.

I also noticed that Delta Force sound quality is very bad. I am using Bluetooth TWS. Even when I play a YouTube song during Delta Force

All sound gets low-quality mono sound.
