We are sorry to hear you experience problems with the flickering of the texture on Disgaea 2 and you use Intel® Arc™ A380 Graphics. We are glad to assist.
The problem may be related to corrupted texture files, we recommend to use latest version of the game and reinstalling the game from scratch
