Hi, guys.
My current PC spec is:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 2400G (ResizeBAR ON)
RAM: DDR4 Fury 2X8 3000MT/s
Mobo: AsRock B450M-HDV P4.7
Does it usable with Intel Arc B580 ? I know it prefers with PCIE 4.0, i mean like can i use it first before i upgrade other components for the next gen.
Thanks all.

Check rebar in bios, if its compatible with your CPU or not.
Also:
"This processor has 12 PCIe lanes, 1x8 typically designated for a GPU and 4 additional lanes for storage"
Im using Arc card with Zen+ Ryzen 1600 AF 20 pci lanes rebar on. No problem.

And that processor and motherboard still does not meet the hardware requirements.

It should boot without any problem and PC will work, but CPU is weak spot, you need at least ryzen 3100 or better as official requirement says.
Intel cards does not have gpu scheduling for now, because of that CPU load is slightly bigger in games. So you need a good CPU.
Also make sure your motherboard bios updated because you will need update it anyway for future processor upgrade.
