Hi,
my PC had the freeze after updating to Driver 31.0.101.4314. So i ignored it with made a hard shut down. The PC was fine after a while but today i had the freeze when i entered in windows. So i used DDU in safety mode and deleted everything and changed back to the previous one.

- What is the graphics driver version that works properly?
- Download, run, save and attach the report for the following tools:
- Report for Intel® Graphics Drivers, find the installation steps on How to Install the Intel® Graphics Command Center From the Microsoft Store.
- Intel® System Support Utility for Windows (SSU), you can find the steps on the link How to get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows.

i tried it more often now to install the new one but the result is still the same.
The driver that works is the previous one.
The 31.0.101.4255.

Thank you for your answer, all the information provided has been really helpful.
Please follow the steps below and let me know the results:
- Update BIOS to version F16c on Gigabyte Support. For guidance, you can contact them.
- Perform a Clean Installation of Intel® Graphics Drivers in Windows to version 31.0.101.4314.
- If the issue persist, perform another Clean Installation of Intel® Graphics Drivers in Windows, but this time to the BETA version 31.0.101.4335.
