Ekran kartımda sorun var

Bilgisayarın ekranı arada donuyor ve bilgisayarın düğmesine basınca bazenleri çalışıyor ekrana vermiyor bir de sarja takınca da ekran belli bir süre sonra gidiyor şarjdan çıkarıp biraz bekleyince öyle açılıyor yardımcı olur musunuz?

Please be informed that product you are reporting is an OEM original equipment manufacturer device. Kindly take into consideration that our support may be limited since we are not familiar with the technology, settings and customizations that the OEM has designed on your system.

 

Based on the information you have shared, this appears to be a hardware-related issue, as you mentioned that the laptop sometimes works after you plug in the charger. Have you contacted the OEM to obtain their assessment of this matter?

Upon review, it appears that your graphics driver is outdated. Please update to the latest driver from your Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), as your computer manufacturer may have modified features, incorporated customizations, or made other changes.

 

Should the issue persist, you may also consider using the generic driver from Intel, version 31.0.101.2134.

 

Please let me know if this resolves the issue.
