Hallo, i just changed my gtx 980ti to arc 770lm. My FF13 keep crashing early-mid gaming.
I have tried everything, it keeps crashing. I just upgraded my pc fresh, formatted my drive, and installed windows 11 new. I went from nvidia gtx980ti to arc 770lm. FF13 played fine on 980ti.
My PC spec :
MSI Pro B660 Mainboard, Intel 13600, 16GB DDR4, 750W Corsair PSU, SSD HD.
The Game keeps crashing about after 5-15 min. gaming, usually on battle or cinematic.
I tried both Beta and WHQL driver with clean installation, both don't work.
It keeps crashing no matter which resolution (tried HD, WQHD, UHD).
I tried to change my desktop resolution also don't work.
Does someone have solution to this problem?

I have updated the BIOS and the latest beta driver. I tried playing at 1080p windowed version (HDR turned off, lowest aliasing and lowest shadow) and it seems to be stable for about 20 minutes gameplay. Then i tried played at full screen 4k (with HDR), it still crashed after about 10 minutes gameplay.

Hallo,
i use steam to download the game.
The problem still persist. I have clean installed both drivers using Display Driver Uninstaller.
I dont know if this info useful or not. The game last longer in 1080p windowed, at 4k it crashes quicker maybe after 3-5 battle (or a long boss battle). But eventually at all resolution it will crash no matter what.
I will try to install the latest beta driver and try to play again at 1080p windowed mode.

Hello,
It still crashes. but at lower resolution it takes a bit longer to crash than in higher resolution. About after 7-8 battle, and usually at the ending of the battle where the screen should switch from battle to walk around mode.

Hello P4C3MAK3R,
We have been working on the investigation and we were able to reproduce the issue with the latest BETA driver version 31.0.101.4499. When we tested the latest stable driver version 31.0.101.4502 released this week, in our system the issue disappeared.
Just to make sure that your system has the same behavior, please follow the steps below:
- Download the latest stable graphics driver version 31.0.101.4502. For installation steps, How to Install an Intel® Graphics Driver in Windows® 10 & Windows 11 (Method 2).
Keep us informed of the results.

Hello,
i have installed the lastest driver. And i am pleased to inform you that at 1080p full screen the game seems stable enough. It does not seem to crash till now (have been about 1 h in game). But it still crash at 4k resolution (after about 5-10 minutes in game). Any thought why the game still does not hold at 4k?

It happened almost always during the battle, but after the driver update (4502) it happens at any time without warning. Just suddenly get kicked to desktop in windows. I will try to install the latest driver (4514) and try it again.

Hello, it still crashes, i tested it at 4K, because at 4k it takes shorter time to crash. At 1080p it must be more stable and should take longer to crash. So i prefer to test it at 4K to get quicker result.
