Hello Intel Support Team or @RamyerM_Intel ,
This is regarding to specific Intel graphics i.e Arc A770 which is consistently crashing while gaming and also it is displaying GPU lost which is quite annoying cause there's no other workaround that is left for me to try.
So is there any other way to fix the GPU lost issue rather than enable/disable the Intel graphic device from the Device Manager?
Or it might be related to Windows specific, so do I have to switched/upgrade to Windows 11 so problem can be mixed, maybe?
Thankyou,
Dedsec10

Hi Dedsec10,
Thank you for posting in Intel Communities.
To provide you with viable suggestions and determine what is causing the issue, kindly provide the following:
1. It would really help us if we can get more information about your system. Please download and run our Intel® System Support Utility from this page. To run it, please press "Scan". After the scan is finished, click next and there will be a save button, giving you an option to save the logs to a text file, please do so and attach the file on your reply. You can refer to How to get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows* for instructions.
2. Was the card behaving like this since the start?
3. Are you only experiencing the issue on the Crew Motorfest?
Looking forward to your response.
Best Regards,

Display Adapter(s): Intel(R) Arc(TM) A770 Graphics 32.0.101.6078
