GUNNIR A770 PHOTON 16G couldn't update the IFWI (V-BIOS) version

In the early drivers, the ARC graphics card driver started updating the IFWI (V-BIOS) version. I tried using two different brands of HDMI cables, but couldn't update the IFWI (V-BIOS) version. The latest version should be 1068. After communicating with others, it was found that all  GUNNIR A770 PHOTON would encounter this issue.

 

I have tried many versions of drivers, including the latest 5379, and have reinstalled the system multiple times, but they cannot be updated!

 

Additional information: GUNNIR A770 FLUX seems to be updated normally, only the PHOTON series will have issues!

To help me further identify the problem and offer you a solution, kindly provide the following details:


  • Why are you not able to update the IFWI (V-BIOS)? Are you having any error messages when downloading or installing the IFWI (V-BIOS)?
  • If there are any error messages, please provide a screenshot. 
  • Please generate an SSU report to help me further analyze important details on your system, such as the OS build number, graphics driver version, errors logged in the system, etc. To generate the SSU report, please refer to the article How to get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows*. Please send us the generated SSU.txt file.
