Genshin impact delay

Hello, I have a question. Since the new Genshin Impact update, I've been experiencing a 3-4 second lag in the game. Or rather, I press a button on my controller, and the game responds much later. My controller usually works everywhere. I've also tried a different one. I've also deleted and reinstalled the game; I don't know what the problem is or what to do. I would appreciate any feedback.

2. What is the brand and model of your system?
3. What is the model of your processor?
4. Aside from the game update, did you also made some changes on the system?
5. What are the troubleshooting steps that you tried so far?
