Glitchy textures in cutscenes on Tomb raider (2013)

I started playing Tomb raider (2013)  and noticed that the model of your character bugs out during cutscenes. I have the game from the Epic Games launcher at max settings.

I also uploaded the output from  intel SSU.

Hi Ivusssss,

Thank you for posting in the community, to further investigate this I have some question to make things more clarify.

  1. Does the character model bug out in different scenes, or is it only happening in specific cutscenes?
  2. Has this issue started recently, or has it been happening for a while?
  3. Did the issue begin after a recent graphics driver update or a Windows update?
  4. Besides the character model glitch, are you experiencing any other issues like game freezes, lag, or crashes?
  5. Have you tried rolling back to previous driver just for checking?

This will help me evaluate the situation properly, and I am looking forward hearing back from you.

Best regards,

Hi,

1 - This only happens on Cutscenes that render in real time.

2 -  This is the first game that i have this issue.

3 - I have not updated windows or intel graphics recently. Both are on the latest version.

4 - When i alt+tab to swtich between windows the game , some of the time crashes.

5 No i have not tried that.

 Hi again,
I updated my graphics driver to the newest released yesterday 9/5/24 , and it seems that it fixed the issue. The real time cutscenes seem to not glitch the character.
