I was going to post additional information, but Intel ended it, so I'm explaining it again. The reason the game stopped was due to language-related settings. It seems that the game may freeze if you change the game language to Korean settings. The problem is that this symptom occurs only on Intel Arc, and on Radeon and GeForce, problems do not occur due to changing the Korean language of these games. It appears to be a problem caused by changing the Korean language of the game. Since this is a symptom that does not exist in competitor graphics cards, you may need to check this further.

I've tested the game, but changing the language doesn't seem to be the problem. I don't know what the cause is. I am uploading the Unreal Engine dump file created due to the error problem I encountered. Currently, it seems that the only way to solve this is to force settings to DXVK and Direct12. It seems that this cannot be resolved in Direct 11, which is the game's default setting.

Hello DanSun,
Thank you for your patience.
We have been working on the issue replication one more time with your last instructions and it was replicated, we did not face any type of issue related to crashing, graphics corruption or fps drop.
In this case, I recommend you contacting the game developer for further troubleshooting steps.
For now, we will close this thread. If you need any additional information, please submit a new question as this thread will no longer be monitored.

Hello DanSun,
Before I close the case, I want to let you know one more time, that we tried reproducing the issue and worked fine for us even after changing the language to Korean, hence there is something else going on here but if we can't reproduce the issue our developer team won't be able to debug it.
Also, I see the you confirmed running the game in DXVK or Direct12 also fixes the problem. I want to thank you for submitting the feedback to us however we can't promise this will be fixed anytime soon given the low reproducibility rate. As mentioned previously, for now we recommend running the game in any of the listed APIs.
Please let me know if you have further questions.
Regards,
Andres P.

Thank you for your hard work during this long period of testing. I don't know the cause, but I really wanted to solve this problem. It's a shame that I couldn't figure out if it was a computer problem or a specific environment problem, but I'm glad that there is another solution.
