Hello Chakra,

Thank you for providing the detailed system information and reproduction steps. This helps us understand the issue better.

To further investigate this issue, I'd appreciate if you could provide the following details:

1) System specifications:

  • Motherboard or System make and model (This is not showing properly from the Intel SSU log file).

2) Crash details:

  • Does the game close completely or freeze?
  • Are there any error messages displayed?

3) Additional troubleshooting:

    • Have you tried verifying game files through Steam?
    • Does lowering graphics settings in-game help prevent crashes?

Initial recommendations:

  • Verify game integrity through Steam (Right-click game → Properties → Local Files → Verify integrity)
  • The graphics are already the latest version, however, please try to proceed with a clean installation of the latest driver 32.0.101.7028 using Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) to Uninstall a Graphics Driver
  • Try running the game in windowed mode initially
  • Check Windows Event Viewer for crash logs around the time of the crashes

This information will help us identify whether this is a hardware compatibility, driver, or game-specific issue.

I'll await your response with the requested information.

Best regards,

JeanetteC.

1 Motherboard or System make and model ... I am sorry, I am not really understand. I captured my motherboard information from CPUZ. Is it enough? Looks like my original motherboard brand is SOYO. KYO may be SOYO branding for my country.  KYO Kaizen H610-g676 is a 6+4 phased motherboard.

2 Crash details. first, its freeze, but soon its closed.

Captured From Event Viewer log.

Hello Chakra,

I am continuing my investigation and need the following information from you:

  1. BIOS Update: I checked the KYO Indonesia – Make It Personal and noticed the BIOS is not available for download. Please contact your system manufacturer's support team to ensure the latest microcode (0x12F) and Intel BIOS updates are installed.
  2. We've released a new driver version 32.0.101.7029. Please perform a clean installation using DDU in safe mode and confirm completion. Please also verify if Resizable BAR (ReBAR) is enabled in your BIOS settings.
  3. Since you're experiencing crashes, please provide a crash dump file to help with diagnosis.
  4. I look forward to your response with these details.
  5. Since you have a crashing issue, it would be very helpful to submit a crash dump file.

I'm looking forward to your reply.

Thank you very much for your help.

I have updated my driver to the latest, make sure Re-Bar Activated, but unluckily I have not got response for bios update from my motherboard manufacturer.  I have contacted the CS of my motherboard manufacturer yesterday. They had good response to answer but still looks like no bios update from them for now. the games still crash.

My Bios installed date is 11-2024, so I am sure it's had not latest microcode (0x12F) update.

how to submit crash dump files? It's size so big approx. 1.5GB

Hello Chakra,

Thank you for the update and for taking those troubleshooting steps.

I understand that you have:

  • Updated drivers to the latest version
  • Confirmed Re-Bar is activated
  • Contacted your motherboard manufacturer for BIOS updates (still pending)
  • Confirmed your BIOS is from 11-2024 and lacks the latest microcode (0x12F)

Regarding the crash dump files (1.5GB), you may:

  • Compress the files using WinRAR or 7-Zip to reduce size
  • Upload to the file as you reply to this post or upload to a cloud service (Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox) and share the download link.

Please also provide an updated SSU log file following your recent graphics driver update, as this will be essential for our continued investigation.

I hope to hear from you soon.

Best regards,
