Hi there,
When I switched over to using the Arc, Harvestella began crashing at one specific point in the game-- when entering Heaven's Egg.
I tried contacting the game manufacturer but they weren't very helpful
Details:
1. Intel driver version 31.0.101.4369
2. Game: Harvestella, purchased on Steam
3. SSU attached
4. Error message below received after game crashing while entering Heaven's Egg location in game
I've also tried the below troubleshooting:
-Rebooting computer
-Verifying integrity of game files
-Uninstalling and reinstalling game
-Running CCleaner for registry and apps cleaning
-Uninstalling Intel Arc drivers, cleaning apps and registry with CCleaner, running Display Driver Uninstaller, and reinstalling Intel Arc drivers after reboot
-Running game as Administrator
-Running game in windowed and fullscreen modes
-Lowered graphics settings in-game
-Checked Steam is up to date
-Installed Epic Games Unreal Engine
-Uninstalled AMD Ryzen Master and AMD Chipset Software. Reinstalled AMD Ryzen Master v2.9.0.2093 and MSI Center v2.0.10.0.
-Updated chipset to 5.01.29.2026 and bios to 2.D0
-Enabled Resizable Bar
-Underclocked AMD processor to 3000MHz from 3600MHz default
-Lowering and increasing GPU Core Power Limit in Arc Control
-Enabled and disabled Vsync in-game and through Intel Arc Control
-Turned Windows Xbox game overlay off
-Turned Steam overlay off
-Confirmed a different game using Unreal Engine 4 worked correctly (Ancestors: The Humankind Odyssey)
-Confirmed Windows is up to date
-Ensured Harvestella is allowed through firewall
-Disabled Avast Antivirus and Windows antivirus
-Tried '-dx11' in Launch Options in Steam
-Tried '-dx12' in Launch Options in Steam
-Confirmed motherboard graphics are not enabled
-Installed AMD Ryzen Master
-Manually changed Epic Engine to use Intel Graphics Program Files / Epic Games / UE_5.0EA / Engine / Config / ConsoleVariables.ini Add r.GraphicsAdapter=1
-Changed TdrDelay and TdrDdiDelay values in GraphicsDrivers registry key to 60
Thank you!

Hello dancingbac,
Thank you for posting on the Intel
To have a better understanding of the situation, please answer the following questions:
- Take a screenshot of the game settings
- Attach the game saved files, in case we need to reproduce the issue.
- Download, run, save and attach the report for the following tool Report for Intel® Graphics Drivers, find the installation steps on How to Install the Intel® Graphics Command Center From the Microsoft Store.
