I have problems with my Arc A770 16GB on a DIY monitor
I made a portable monitor using a laptop monitor panel. The panel itself supports a maximum of 2560*1600, 240hz, and 10bit color depth, but when connected to the Arc A770 using the Display Port cable, it can only support 2560*1600, 60hz, and 10bit at most.
· I have checked that the cable I am using is DP1.4 standard (it can support 2560*1440, 170hz on other monitors).
· The DIY monitor can support 2560*1600, 240hz, and 10bit on AMD RX6750XT; and 2560*1600, 240hz, and 8bit on RTX 2060.
Diver Version: 30.0.101.5333 (date: 2024 Feb 21)
Does this mean that Arc A770 does not support 16:10 high refresh rate screens at present?
I will attach the Report for Intel® Intel Graphics Command Center and some screenshots of my DIY monitor. (*Please understand that I am using simplified Chinese as the system language, but you should be able to see the specific information in the screenshot.)
I hope to get your reply soon

Thank you for posting in the communities. May I please know the model of the monitor panel that you are using? Were you able to test if the same issue applies on different ports as well? When you lower the refresh rate, does the 60hz limit still appear? The reason I ask is because we want to isolate first if it is a hardware issue.
